Frequently Asked Questions
Whether you’re making your first appointment with us or you’re a regular visitor, we want your experience at our dental clinic to be a positive one. Our friendly staff will do everything they can to help you feel comfortable and relaxed before, during and after your appointment.
We’ll make sure you always have the information you need, and we encourage you to ask us questions at any time. If this is your first time visiting us, the following patient information should be useful.
How do I make an appointment?
Contact our clinic to find out what appointment times we have available on days and at times that are convenient for you. Your full oral examination and teeth cleaning and scaling will take up to one hour.
If you need to see a dentist urgently, we may be able to arrange a same-day appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, we require that you let us know as soon as possible for the convenience of our staff and other patients.
What are your opening hours?
Our clinic is open Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 5:00pm and by appointment for emergencies and weekends.
What if I have a dental emergency?
If you need to see one of our dentists outside of normal business hours, you can contact our clinic to make an emergency appointment.
Some dental emergencies can be managed at home and don’t require an emergency appointment. When you phone our clinic, our dentists will ask you to provide details of what happened and will give you advice about how to relieve your symptoms and avoid infection until we have a chance to see you.
What payment plans do you offer?
We are committed to offering affordable dental care to everyone who needs it, whenever they need it.
That’s why we offer flexible payment plans that we can tailor to your personal circumstances, making it easier and more convenient for you to pay for your treatment.
Where can I find out more?
If you want to know more about the dental treatments we offer, you’ll find detailed information about every procedure in our treatment pages.
